Associate QA (1+ Years of Proven Experience)
Plan, execute, and validate software tests. Collaborate on design, analyze requirements, and maintain top-tier quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct testing activities, encompass test planning, execution, and report for software products.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software products.
- Document and track defects meticulously, ensuring comprehensive investigation and resolution.
- Assist in developing and maintaining test cases, scripts, and data sets. Automate test cases wherever possible to improve efficiency and test coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality.
- Analyze user stories, requirements, and specifications for comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Participate in project planning and provide input on timelines, resource allocation, and prioritization of tasks.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software quality assurance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven 1+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of automation testing and software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in testing web applications built on the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with design collaboration tools such as Figma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
- Documentations Skills
