Job Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across B2B and B2C SaaS markets through structured outbound prospecting and market research, specifically across US, European, and international markets.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline using ICP segmentation, intent signals, and account prioritization.
- Execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, calls, and direct messaging with a focus on measurable conversions in international (US, Europe, and global) markets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify high-value accounts and growth opportunities in international regions.
- Own the full sales cycle including qualification, discovery, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop tailored messaging, value propositions, and proposals based on customer pain points and decision drivers.
- Handle pricing discussions and commercial negotiations while ensuring revenue and margin alignment.
- Maintain disciplined follow-ups and ensure consistent pipeline progression without supervision.
- Track key performance metrics including response rates, meetings booked, and deal conversion.
- Operate with full ownership of weekly outreach activity, pipeline generation, and revenue targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or outbound-focused roles with mandatory experience in US, European, or other international markets.
- Proven ability to independently generate pipeline and close deals without structured supervision.
- Strong hands-on experience in cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, calling, or multi-channel prospecting targeting international clients.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and B2B/B2C customer acquisition funnels.
- Ability to identify decision-makers, map accounts, and engage high-intent prospects in US, European, and international markets.
- Experience building outbound systems including ICP design, segmentation, and lead prioritization.
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills in competitive environments.
- Comfort working in high-accountability, performance-driven environments with ownership of outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with ability to optimize outreach based on conversion and pipeline metrics.
- Self-driven operator mindset with strong execution discipline and minimal dependency on supervision.
