Job Requirements

  • 5+ years proven hunting (outbound) and business development experience, emphasis on meaningful interactions
  • Success in seeking out high value prospects that align with ideal customer profiles to find net new accounts and relationships
  • Professional services/agency selling experience (eg., consulting, web and software development, marketing, research, etc.) preferred
  • Well-connected with enterprise and mid-market decision makers
  • Strong desire to create meaningful connections with teammates, customers, prospects and the broader business & innovation communities
  • Cross-discipline collaboration to showcase TuringTech to the world through sales process
  • Collaboration with internal SMEs to propose engagements that are setup to create change that matters for our clients & teams
  • Ability to read through customer symptoms to understand and extract the real business problem and then be an effective & empathetic communicator to successfully gain buy-in
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Communication skills, professional and unique style verbal and written
  • Confidence in leading and facilitating meetings, and in engaging with prospects or clients
  • Strong business strategy acumen
  • Tool utilization to optimize sales process
  • Knowledge of current industry and customer trends, issues and a desire to do something about it
