Manual QA Engineer

The Manual QA Engineer must be able to:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured testing documentation from the beginning.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and perform testing activities.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements, and improve development procedures.
• Participate in feature discussions and provide feedback before the task is prepared for the developer to ensure there are no unanswered or unnoticed questions/concerns.

Initiative and Ownership:

• Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative.
• Capable of seeing tasks through from conception to completion.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent communicator in both verbal and written English.
• Emphasizes the importance of communication and believes in avoiding oversight.
