The Manual QA Engineer must be able to:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured testing documentation from the beginning.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and perform testing activities.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
- Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements, and improve development procedures.
- Participate in feature discussions and provide feedback before the task is prepared for the developer to ensure there are no unanswered or unnoticed questions/concerns.
