People/Recruiting Coordinator

You will aid and assist value creation within the organization by helping accomplish overall business objectives through your people efforts including realigning our people to business objectives, enhancing people performance, supporting people development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic People initiatives, managing People consultants, running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, designing succession plans, maintaining people relations, managing internships, updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives.

1. Own building a top talent culture at TuringTech
2. Serve as a liaison between various teams for people related matters
3. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, expectations, and success metrics
4. Conducts new-hire orientations and onboarding
5. Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
6. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and talent communities
7. Improve recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and enhance candidate experience
8. Conduct structured interviews and coordinate hiring workflows
9. Assist in payroll creation and processing
10. This position will be based out of our office in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad
