SEO & Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (organic, paid, email, and content).
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, social ads) to drive conversions and ROI.
- Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, etc.).
- Track, report, and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels and campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors degree from a top tier university or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B software or SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
- Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong content optimization and basic copywriting skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly collaborative environment.
- Understanding of CRM tools, marketing automation, and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
