Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals.
- Create visually engaging graphics, reels, carousels, and short-form content optimized for each platform.
- Own the visual identity and consistency of the brand across all social channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to plan campaigns, messaging, and creative direction.
- Design and publish high-performing posts that drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Manage end-to-end content production: concept, design, scheduling, and publishing.
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt visuals to stay culturally relevant and competitive.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement data.
- Ensure brand consistency across graphics, typography, tone, and storytelling.
- Stay updated with design tools, social algorithms, and emerging content formats.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of social media management at a B2B software or SaaS company.
- Experience with creating compelling copy for consumer-facing messaging (email, blogs, website, etc.).
- Experience with analyzing & interpreting data.
- Expert in tech content writing.
- Ability to thrive in our fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly collaborative environment; and assisting in other marketing, customer support, and company activities as needed.
- Understanding of Advertising, SEO, and CRM/CSM a plus.
